MEDICAL FORM
Please fill out the following form for your child even if they don’t take any medications.
*All medicines, down to simple cough drops, are to be reported to staff via the form we will provide closer to the trip. Many medications can and should stay with your child while others will be handled by the adults responsible for them for everyone’s safety.*
Parent/Chaperone Wristbands
MTCA is a closed festival. Due to the nature of our Festival, MTCA does not permit any attendee who is not registered or identified to attend. If you would like to attend parts of the festival, you must purchase a wristband below.
Every attendee must be registered with a group and purchase the designated wristband type for Directors, Students, or Chaperones.
WHAT IS IT?
The MTCA Festival celebrates Musical Theatre while empowering, educating, and elevating student performers, onstage and beyond. Ohana gets the opportunity to not only take our show, The Lightning Thief, to competition, but also will engage in broadway talkbacks, college panels, auditions and masterclasses. An amazing opportunity for any teen actor.
Many of the local theatre companies participate in this with their teen actors and we are thrilled to be able to join them this year.
PAYMENT
All competition registration need to be finalized for us by September.
The competition cost is $675.00 and we will be fundraising to cover the other incidentals (hotel, air, and Disneyland tickets). Payment can be in full or broken up into thirds with the following dates:
